Captain the tortie was as small as a fur ball when she was found underneath a house in between the floorboards and the insulation. They went under the house to retrieve the kittens and went to look for the mother cat after the rescue.

Captain was the only tortie out of the litter of five kittens and soon she stole everyone's heart. While they were looking for homes for the kittens, they realized that they  couldn't part with her. "My family ended up keeping Captain," said Lauren M.
