This is an interesting sculpture called "Staring at Cat Staring at Cat Staring" by Steve Bishop. These two cats are staring at each other with laser beam eyes. It is quite hypnotizing isn't it?

This is actually a light Sculpture. The laser beams are made of fluorescent lights.

Oh I know why I can't stop looking at it. It reminds me of something I saw long time ago:
