This adorable little cow kitty climbed the cat tree and starts calling for attention and love. With his squeaky meows and tilted head, he knows exactly how to tug his foster mom's heart strings.
"I was in the next room, and Cowbert could see me and gave his uber-adorable sideways look, and whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine!" says Kimberly.
