Somehow, animals seem to know. "My daughter has special needs and I took her to see my aunt's cat to see how she responded to it," the mother wrote on reddit. Since then, they have adopted a stray kitten that showed up  on their door step.

"We have 3 dogs who are very protective of her. Animals are really amazing."

 She has special needs and they weren't sure how she would react to a cat. This happened...
