Phoebe and Nixie were given a second chance and came to Rachel's care when they were only 2.5 or 3 weeks old. They came in small bodies, but they have huge hearts. Phoebe is a sweetie and gets along with everyone. Nixie stole Rachel's heart as she is a little fighter who had a hard time trying to hold on, but never gave up living.

"Phoebe did just as she should and grew and was as healthy as a kitten should be. Nixie took a different route and we fought quite a bit to keep her alive," says Rachel. Little Nixie pulled through like a champ. "She was particularly hard to give up we had grown so attached through fighting for her life. She is pure kitten love!"

Phoebe and Nixie found their forever loving home through Humane Society Silicon Valley.
