Meet Owsley the cat. He stopped growing at 6 months and remains kitten sized today, but this fluffy boy never lets his size define him.

He grew very slowly and stopped around 6 months.

I brought him to the vet to be neutered and that is when I found out he didn't have testicles. The vet said she had never seen a cat like him before." (reddit)

He weighs about 4 lbs and is in perfect health. "No one believes me when I tell them he's a full grown cat!" he said. Owsley is 4 years old now.
