You must own the copyrights of the photos in order to be eligible for Picture of the Day or Featured Cat Pictures.
You retain all of your ownership rights in your photo submissions.
By sending your photos to Love Meow Facebook Fan page or via E-mail, you hereby grant Love Meow a perpetual irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your Submissions.
