Four tiny ginger kittens were found in someone's yard. Soon they discovered that three of them didn't have a tail.

The good Samaritan that found the fur babies, brought them to the shelter for help.

"When staff at Fresno Humane Animal Services (the local County shelter) saw an adorable litter of manx kittens, they knew that they just had to call Lynea Lattanzio, founder/director of The Cat House on the Kings (Parlier, California), as Lynea is known for her love of manx cats," Harvie Schreiber told Love Meow.

Three of the kittens were born without a tail, a characteristic of the Manx breed.

Lynea drove to the shelter to pick up the kittens along with an adult cat and another litter of kittens that were in need of good homes.

"At 8 weeks old, they are eating food on their own. A bit messy, but they are doing just fine," Harvie told Love Meow.

The kittens haven't got their names yet. "With 4 boys, I always think of boy bands!"

The little orange kitten is the only one that has a tail.

"His brothers chase it. They think, 'What's this? Can we bite on it?'"

These four squeakers are bouncy-pouncy and will be ready for their forever homes soon.

"All four are doing well (purring and playing non-stop) at The Cat House on the Kings. They should be neutered and available for adoption soon," Harvie added.
