A kitten who hailed from the outdoors, instantly connected with a resident dog and started greeting everybody.

A lone kitten showed up at a construction site without a place to call home. He was friendly, eager for attention and desperately wanted nourishment to satiate his hunger.

The finders scooped him up and rushed to get him help. Allison Ilcken who fosters for AnimalLuvr's Dream Rescue, was apprised of the young stray. With the support of her rescue, she opened her home to foster him.

Just under a pound, the kitten named Noah was packed full of personality. "I don't think there is a shy bone in his little body. He loves his life and isn't afraid to tell everyone about it," Allison told Love Meow.

It was clear from the get-go that Noah was adamant about never being alone again.

"I can't imagine how lonely he must've felt before he was rescued. He has spent every moment thanking us for taking him in and providing him with food, love and shelter."

When Noah met Olive, a sweet and gentle resident dog, his eyes lit up immediately. He came running to his canine friend, sniffed around her before nuzzling and melting into her belly.

Olive graciously let the kitten cuddle up to her as if she knew just what he needed. "Long gone are his lonely days, empty tummy, itchy fleas and cold nights."

Noah became Olive's little shadow, following in her wake. He would curl up in her arms between play sessions or climb up his people to be up close and personal.

When Noah was introduced to other fosters in the house, he turned into a little social butterfly. He greeted them with sniffs and rubs and booped their nose gently with his paw.

He made sure that no one felt left out on his watch as he spent time with each and every one of them.

"He is happy to make new friends and seems to love everyone he encounters. Even when we've added new foster kitties, he has welcomed them with open arms," Allison shared with Love Meow.

Noah was the first to befriend a foster kitten named Oliver Kenny Cotton, who had been living under a truck for weeks. Oliver was very timid upon arrival until Noah took him under his wing.

Oliver came out of his shell as he watched Noah play and interact with people with ease. He summoned his courage and soon turned into an affectionate love-bug.

"The two of them have grown to be very good friends over the past month or so."

Noah has been in foster care for over two months now and is more than ready to find a place of his own.

"He is the sweetest kitten with one of the most charismatic personalities. A bit of a velcro kitten who loves to be close to his human friends whenever possible," Allison added.

"He's playful and very outgoing, has a fabulous purr box, and is always looking for a cozy lap to snuggle on."
