Chloe the tabby is giving her best fur friend Bugsy massage therapy. How adorable is that! Foster Kittens Chloe and Bugsy are from the Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association (VOKRA). "To see them here, it is hard to believe how timid, wild and fearful they were when they were first rescued," said their foster mom, a volunteer from VOKRA.
