Panda the kitten barely had his eyes opened when a family spotted him on a rainy day in their backyard all by himself. The cat mother was nowhere to be found, so they brought the little guy to the shelter in Tellamook for help.
At 10 days old, he was as tall as a milk bottle.
Tami Toth learned about the little orphaned baby and came to the rescue. "This little tiny kitten came into rescue, not more than a couple weeks old. You all know how tiny the kitten bottles are, so you can compare kitten to bottle. He was the best kitten. We fostered him until he was 8 weeks old," Tami said.
