ASPCA has their annual Humane Awards to honor animals and people who have "demonstrated extraordinary compassion, bravery and commitment to further the human-animal bond."
This year the ASPCA Cat of the Year goes to:
Nora, the pianist cat!
Nora is a 5 year old gray tabby with an incredible musical talent in playing piano. She is adept at improvising and composing her own music. Nora has been featured in an orchestra performance named CATcerto conducted by Mindaugas Piecaitis.
Nora, a YouTube sensation, has captivated so many people whether they are cat lovers, music enthusiasts, or anyone that is fascinated by her talent.
