A kitten that was found alone outside, took to her foster dad and didn't want to leave.

Early this month, Mini Cat Town, a rescue group in San Jose, California, took in a tiny tabby kitten that had been brought to a local shelter.
"She was found as an orphan without a mom in sight and surrendered to the shelter as a single kitten," Thoa Bui of Mini Cat Town told Love Meow.
After a few days of bottle feedings, Laura Malone of Mini Cat Town, welcomed the kitten into her home and the tabby whom they named Burberry, quickly settled in.

She crawled right up to her foster dad, Conor, and curled up in his arms. "Burberry is such a quiet, calm baby kitten. She really responds to touch and nuzzles in like a cuddle bug," Laura said.
Conor who has a soft spot for animals in need, shares a special connection with every orphaned kitten that comes through the door.

Little Burberry gravitates towards her foster dad and enjoys every cuddle session with him. She will snuggle in the crook of his neck, next to his beard and fall asleep.
"She's a singleton foster. We make sure she's well socialized and has lots of attention," Laura told Love Meow.
The tabby girl found her favorite napping spot.

If there's a lap, she will curl right in and if she sees a shoulder, she will climb up, wiggle her way on and get comfortable.
The little one never fails to put a smile on their faces.

Burberry is her foster dad's little bodyguard. She may be tiny in size but has a big heart.
Knowing that she would do much better with a feline friend her age, the rescue found her the perfect little brother.

Mini Cat Town recently rescued another singleton from the shelter. Ralph the tuxedo needed a foster home and Laura immediately offered to help.
Soon after he arrived, he met his foster dad and went straight for a few kisses on his beard.

In the next few days, the two kittens will be ready to start their adventures together. Meanwhile, Burberry continues to shower everyone with cuddles and purrs, spending extra time with her favorite person.
Foster Dad Conor found himself falling asleep with little Burberry in his arms, purring away.

These kittens were rescued from a rough start. With a foster home, their lives were turned around.
"Her little teeth are coming in and she's always on the go! Pretty soon she'll have a buddy to play with!"
